Shipping Policy
- We ship most orders FREE, within a day or two days.
- We usually ship via FedEx, which includes insurance.
- A tracking number is provided with all orders.
- We provide FREE return shipping, unless you refuse delivery or change your mind (unwanted) about the order after the item is shipped.
- We accept returns up to 30 days from date of order, with free return shipping and pickup. Free return shipping and pickup does not apply to unwanted returns (change mind or remorse) or refused delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted for unwanted returns or refused delivery returns.
Any order cancellation must be received prior to shipping. Orders cannot be canceled after shipping.
We will notify you via email, once your order has been shipped. We ship products worldwide, subject to full payment, tax, custom, embargo, tariffs and treaties. We will ship your purchase within 24 to 48 hours (during business days) of cleared payment from you. Business days are Monday through Friday, except Holidays, USA.
Standard shipping services are; FedEx Ground, which is our default shipping services. This means that your order shipped through any one of these standard service is considered shipped as one in the same price and class. USPS Priority mail and Express mail are considered expedited shipping services and may not be available for certain products, unless specifically listed as available with the product.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your purchased item(s), including return shipping, unless we offer free shipping. Free return shipping and free pickup may be offered in case of damaged, defective or wrong item. Free shipping may also apply to certain other return items.
Purchaser is also responsible for all costs, duties, tariffs and tax associated with their purchase.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, packaging, destination and carrier. We will ship your item(s) to the billing address presented with your payment, unless you notified us otherwise and we approve.
You are responsible for the collection or claim of your shipment upon arrival. If your purchase is returned to us unclaimed, you agree to pay for re-shipment to you. You are not entitled to any refund simply because your purchase or shipment was returned to us. We will hold your purchase or shipment for 30 days after it has been returned to us, after which it shall be considered abandoned, forfeited; without recourse to you.
Returns and Refund Policy
A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is required for all returns. We will accept returns with RMA number up to 30 days from the delivery date, Except for items purchased as Special or Custom (any work that change the item from the original) orders, which has a limited 14 days, from purchase date; for return on missing or non working items only. Special or custom orders require approval for any cancellation request, prior to shipping. Intangible items (items digitally delivered) MUST be returned within 24 hours of purchase, unused, undisclosed, uncompromised and valid for resale. We do not accept return of certain household electronics, electronic media; CD, DVD, Video Games, etc. Electronics are covered under their manufacturers warranty and all claims and liability lies with the manufacturer.
Due to the vulnerability of the iPhone operating system; we do not accept returns for refund on iPhones. Return of iPhones is limited to damaged during transit ,or operating system failure within 30 days of receipt. In such cases we will accept return for exchange or repair. An exchange will be given if the item cannot be repaired.
Items Not Covered by this Return Policy:TVs: If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and the item packaging was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.
Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.
Personal Care Items: If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.
Cellular Phones: Phones returned due to frequency issues are subject to approval and a 30% restocking fee.
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CARRIER TO VERIFY THAT THEY SUPPORT THE FREQUENCY (850/900/1800/1900) OF THE PHONE, IN YOUR AREA, BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
All phones intended for use with carriers other than GSM networks are marked accordingly.
As the majority of phones we offer are international models, and are not assigned to one specific carrier, unless marked otherwise, the GSM phones can be used on any GSM network: Cingular, Tmobile, AT&T, etc… However for best service from your cellular phone, the frequency regulations must be observed.
All cellular phones are sold as is and do not include any manufacturer warranty.
Dead On Arrival cell phones: Return of any Dead On Arrival cell phone, must be reported to us within 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise. This type of return may be accepted, only for exchange without exception.
You MUST notify us prior to returning any and all purchase and we MUST approve and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Return Merchandise Authorization number is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. We must receive all return item within 14 days from the date the RMA# was issued. Please do not ship any return item to us after the 14 days allowed for Return Merchandise Authorization. You will not be refunded for returned item after this 14 days time-frame.
The returned item(s) MUST be in original condition, packaging and undamaged by you. If your returned item packaging (new items) is opened, you will be charged a 25% repackaging fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Defective Items: A customer must return defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA number, a refund or store credit will be applied after the merchandise is received.
Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the original, unused, unopened condition.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing or avoiding the delivery or acceptance of your order.
If you receive a product that is damaged (when received) in transit, follow these instructions:
1. Note any damages upon delivery and show it to the delivery person (if face to face), notify the carrier and notify us immediately, by telephone. Do not open the package.
2. Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned for freight claim processing. For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage upon delivery and refuse damaged item if possible.
3. Contact us and the carrier immediately and no later than 24 hours.
DOA cell phones: For the return of any Dead On Arrival cell phone, we must be notified within 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise. This type of return is only for exchange for similar without exception.
Cancelled orders are automatically refunded. We will refund you for returned item(s) within 14 days from the date we receive your return. Refund will be given in the same method payment was received. Items purchased from the "Clearance" category, special or custom orders are limited to exchange repair only, within 14 days of purchase. There shall be no refund for products that has been special custom ordered, repair or exchange only. You are solely responsible for return shipment costs and any other cost associated with returning your purchase, unless we offer free return (pickup) shipping. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing returned item(s), that was never delivered to us or returns without RMA number. We are only obligated to refund you for return if;
(1) You request a refund and qualified as outlined herein. Otherwise you will receive an exchange or store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate.
(2) We receive the returned product within 14 days of RMA number issue date
(3) If the product was damaged during transit or before you receive it, in which case you agree to notify us and the carrier immediately and no later than 24 hours of receipt.
Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any amount more than the amount you paid to us.
